Send an email to “firstname.lastname@example.org” and give the following information in a plain text email or file. No PDF or Word documents please.
Do NOT type in all CAPS or all lower case. Use proper case. (“McRuff” not “MCRUFF” or “mcruff”)
- Your Name
- Street Address
- City, State, Zip
- Phone number
- Ceremony Date (when are you giving out the plaques)
- What do you wish to order and quanity (don’t forget the inlay color for Style #2)
- Pack number (engraved on plaque)
- City, State (engraved on plaque)
- Date (engraved on plaque)
- Scout(s) Name(s) (engraved on plaque)
After we receive the above information you will receive an invoice via email that will reflect the 5% discount for paying by check.
We will start making your order when we receive your payment. Check and make sure spelling is correct before sending in your order via email.
Then all you need to do is print a copy of the invoice and mail it along with payment to the address on the top of the invoice. When your payment is received your order will be started.
Please double check your spelling and for proper date!
